Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India. No minimum order and no hidden fees.

• Dispatch: every order ships within 3–5 business days (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
• Couriers: Blue Dart, Delhivery or FedEx, whichever serves your pincode best.
• Tracking: we'll send you a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on orders from ₹999 to ₹7,499, at most pincodes. Orders below ₹999 or above ₹7,499 need prepaid payment. The checkout will tell you if your pincode is eligible.
• No COD fee. You pay only the order value.
• We may confirm your COD order by WhatsApp or call before it ships.
• Please keep exact change ready, or pay the delivery partner by UPI where they accept it.
• If a COD order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may switch off COD for future orders on that phone number.

Address and delivery problems

• Double-check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. We can change the address only before dispatch.
• If the courier can't deliver after repeated attempts, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to reship it or cancel the order.
• If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the courier.
